Terms of Use
Plain-language terms for using Dicular while it’s in public beta.
Last updated: June 2026
Beta software
Dicular is offered free of charge as a public beta. Beta software is a work in progress: features may change, break, or be removed, and updates ship frequently. Please keep backups of important files.
Your content is yours
You retain all rights to the files and drawings you create or open with Dicular. We claim no ownership over your content and have no access to it (see the Privacy Policy).
License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Dicular for its intended purpose. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
Acceptable use
Use Dicular lawfully. Don’t use it to infringe others’ rights or to process content you don’t have the right to use. If you enable the optional AI assistant, your use of that provider is also subject to the provider’s terms.
No warranty
Dicular is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, especially during beta.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dicular and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Always keep backups of important work.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Dicular evolves beyond beta. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
